ABOUT LOTTIE BUG FARMS : OUR STORY

Lottie Bug Farms is owned and operated by Rodger and Felicia Lilley, affectionately known as Gemma and Poppy. After moving to Hawkins in April 2022, they noticed many of their neighbors had named their properties. Inspired by this tradition, they named their farm after their beloved granddaughter, Lottie Jo, whom they lovingly call Lottie Bug.

In just two short years of being open to the public, Lottie Bug Farms has become a space for creativity and community. The farm hosts workshops, offers ceramic painting studio days, and organizes events that bring people together. Their daughter, Loni Lilley, plays a big role behind the scenes—handling all of the farm’s social media, event marketing and coordination, and planning and booking field trips.

With big plans and goals for the future, Lottie Bug Farms is always growing and evolving. We hope you’ll follow along on our journey as we continue to make this farm a special place for everyone.
